We’re all writing our own life story, and sometimes figuring out the next chapter just takes a little time. Maybe you feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s holding you back. Maybe you’re facing something completely new, like grieving a loss, welcoming a child, or navigating a big life shift.

I’d be honored to be the quiet support behind the scenes- the Alfred to your Batman- cheering you on as you take your next steps, whether it’s your first or one of many. I’m here to listen, encourage, and gently challenge you as you navigate the next chapter of your life.
Healing is rarely a straight path. It can be messy, unpredictable, and sometimes frustrating, but it’s also super rewarding. I blend heart-based and brain-based approaches, believing both are essential for lasting healing. And I’ll bring in a little humor because connecting as humans is just as important.
I know therapy and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer a risk-free consultation, which is a full session with me.
