About Meghan
Meghan (she/her) is a valley girl turned city lover who has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2008. Over the last 17 years in practice, Meghan has learned to trust and lean into her intuitive touch surrounding the muscles and tissues of each individual's unique bodies and adjust treatments to fit a client's current treatment needs. Treatments will see a mix of light to deep Swedish Massage Techniques, with myofascial release techniques sprinkled in that she has learned over the years. She loves working in collaboration with her other like-minded practitioners at Pillars of Health to help further the outcome of their shared client’s goals. All ages are welcome within her massage therapy practice as it is a manual therapy that truly can benefit everyone. She feels passionately about teaching her client’s how to help heal their tissues, become more mindful of preventative care and overall become more intune with their bodies. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys quality time with her two daughters, husband, family and friends. When not with others Meghan can be found reading a book, enjoying multiple physical activities and playing with her dog Louis and her two cats.
