Megan is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, with over 15 years of experience. After working in Ontario and Vancouver, she has returned to her hometown of Ottawa. Megan specializes in both relaxation and therapeutic massage, using techniques such as Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to address acute and chronic injuries, repetitive strain, and more. She continually expands her skills to meet her clients' unique wellness needs. Believing in the importance of communication, Megan collaborates with her clients to create personalized treatment plans, often incorporating stretches and rehabilitation exercises to support their health and wellness goals.
