“Before booking, I confirmed with the clinic three or four times that they offered direct billing through my insurance. Each time, I was assured that they did. When I arrived, I completed all of the intake forms and confirmed again with the receptionist that the appointment would be billed directly to my insurance. Once again, I was told yes. After the appointment, however, I was informed that the direct billing had not gone through and that I would have to pay out of pocket. If there was any uncertainty about my insurance coverage, this should have been verified before my treatment began, not after it was completed. To make matters worse, my appointment consisted of approximately 15 minutes of consultation and only about 20 minutes of actual massage, which was far shorter than I expected. I left feeling disappointed with both the service and the lack of transparency. I believe the clinic should have been upfront about the billing situation before providing treatment. I am requesting a refund because this experience did not meet the expectations that were set when I booked my appointment.”

“Alejandro was professional and knowledgeable. He took my sport seriously and gave me approachable and realistic plans to improve my physical discomfort and eventually plans to prevent further injury. I really appreciated how he understood how life sometimes gets in the way of healing. We worked together to come up with solutions that would fit with my busy schedule and lack of access to equipment.”

“I have been seeing Alejandro for glute and shoulder issues and have had incredible results. I've been to a few other physiotherapists but havent received this level of expertise. Alejandro is very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issues quickly and provide a recovery plan that fits my schedule and access to equipment. Highly recommend this location, they have kind staff, clean rooms, and a gym inside to practice exercises and stretches.”

“I've received treatment from different therapists here and each experience has been great in different ways. When I needed a deeper massage, Natalia was an excellent fit for me. when I wanted something more relaxing, Megan was wonderful. I've also been seeing Alejandro for treatment, and very satisfied with how clearly he explained everything and how much progress I've been feeling. The location is also convenient. Since the clinic is downtown, it's easy to get here by bus or train. when driving, I've never had trouble finding stret parking because there's usually plenty available. Everyone is friendly, the clinic is always clean. and I like the atmosphere there. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.”

“I saw Luca Dobsky for physiotherapy treatment for a very serious ankle sprain and had a very positive experience. He took the time to thoroughly assess my injury and clearly explain the diagnosis, which made me feel confident in the treatment plan. I really appreciated his approach, which focuses not just on pain relief but on restoring long-term mobility and helping you return to normal activity. The manual therapy and personalized exercises made a noticeable difference, and he was attentive and reassuring throughout. I also liked the clinic’s location and the private treatment rooms, which made me feel more comfortable sharing personal information during sessions. After just a few visits, my pain decreased significantly and my mobility improved. I would highly recommend Helix Clinic and Luca Dobsky for physiotherapy, and would return for future care.”

“I have been coming here for my monthly massages with Natalia. Great location to get too, lots of street parking available. Have never had an issue finding parking. Natalia is wonderful and very thorough when she is giving her massages. She has been my go to massage therapist for about 1.5 years now. All staff members are always very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere inside. Treatment rooms are much larger then most others I have been. Online booking system is easy to use, and text/email reminders sent the day before your appointment. If your looking for a place to go for a massage or any other services they offer, I highly recommend you give them a try.”

This time I came in with severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back to Helix Physical Therapy & Massage to see Natalia Gonzalez, who has helped me a lot in the past with massages and cupping. Trusting the great results I’ve had before, I also tried the Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (NFR) technique while doing movements, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation to relieve the pain. It helped me get back to my workout routine without pain and without needing medication.
