Alejandro is a dedicated registered physiotherapist who bridges the gap between high-performance conditioning and clinical rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Brock University, where he gained foundational experience as a strength coach and athletic therapy intern for varsity athletes. Furthering his expertise, he recently completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy in London, UK. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Alejandro combines an advanced understanding of biomechanics with evidence-based exercise therapy to help clients regain strength and improve movement quality. Alejandro focuses on long-term physical resilience rather than just temporary symptom relief. He is a firm believer in empowering his patients through education, ensuring they feel confident and take an active role in their own recovery journey. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alejandro strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment for every individual he works with. His philosophy is deeply influenced by his passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has taught him the vital importance of consistency, resilience, and proper physical preparation for lifelong performance. Outside of his professional life, Alejandro remains active through running and enjoys spending his downtime reading.
