I am a BC Registered Massage Therapist with a Diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and a BSc in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. I have hands-on experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I have volunteered as a lacrosse team trainer, a ski patroller and a high school volleyball coach.
Moving to the Columbia Valley in 2017, my wife and I enjoy skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking and participating in sprint distance triathlons.
I have experience treating individuals with acute and chronic conditions. My goal is to assist people with managing pain, reducing muscle tension and improving functional abilities. I look forward to working with you
