Mason is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers a warm, inclusive, and relational space for individuals and couples. He supports clients navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity, sexuality, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
His approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in connection, drawing from EFT, Gottman Couples Therapy, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Existential Counselling, Person-Centred Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.
Mason is kink-affirming, poly-competent, and supportive of diverse gender identities and relationship structures. He helps clients better understand repeating patterns, deepen communication, and move toward more closeness, authenticity, and meaningful change.
