I’m a physiotherapist focused on helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter to them. I bring advanced clinical and research training, from a PhD in Physiotherapy in Australia and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Canada, which supports an evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment. My clinical experience since 2010 has been developed across different healthcare settings, allowing me to work with a wide range of movement and rehabilitation needs. I combine hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and movement retraining, with a strong focus on education so patients understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery. My goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life in a meaningful and sustainable way.
