Martina is an impassioned Occupational Therapist (OT), excited and inspired to create new and innovative ways to serve her patients’ health care needs. After completing her Master's degree in OT from Queens University in 2013 she has focused her practice in Traumatic Brain Injury gaining experience on inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and community-based treatment. Martina uses her training as an OT specializing in cognitive rehabilitation and cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in conjunction with her training as a yoga therapist, mindfulness coach, and fitness instructor to work with clients to create an individualized recovery plan to support physical, mental and cognitive health.
