ACUPUNCTURE Mark is a trained practitioner of traditional Chinese acupuncture, having completed his training in Ottawa. He provides treatments in a calm, patient, and attentive manner—making acupuncture approachable and comfortable for first-time clients curious about this time-tested healing practice. Mark’s approach to acupuncture is two-fold: addressing the primary concern while also supporting the body’s natural ability to re-harmonize and maintain overall health. Acupuncture may be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including musculoskeletal pain and injuries, headaches, inflammatory conditions, immune and autoimmune challenges, digestive and respiratory issues, slow healing, as well as chronic and acute stress.
