About Mariah

Hi, I’m Mariah! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Durham College. I’m passionate about helping others feel their best and supporting them throughout their recovery journey. Having experienced two torn ACLs myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with injury, rehabilitation, and getting back to the activities you love. My approach incorporates techniques such as deep pressure, myofascial release, skin rolling, and trigger point work, with a focus on recovery and injury prevention. I especially enjoy working with active and sporty individuals who want to support their recovery, prevent injuries, and keep doing the activities they love. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing soccer or staying active. I’m excited to be part of the Peak Health & Wellness team and look forward to helping you feel your best!
