Before becoming an RMT in Canada, I worked as a physiotherapist in Ecuador for eight years, where I gained extensive experience supporting older adults with mobility, pain management, and overall physical well-being. My background in physiotherapy has shaped my approach to massage therapy in Toronto. I believe that comfortable, pain-free movement plays an important role in both physical health and mental well-being. I take the time to understand each client’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals so I can provide a personalized assessment and treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. My goal as a Registered Massage Therapist is to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and feel more comfortable in their everyday lives. I’m committed to continuing my education and developing my massage therapy techniques so I can provide evidence-informed, effective, and compassionate care. I truly value being part of my clients’ health and recovery journeys and take pride in creating a welcoming environment where each person feels heard and supported. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and, more recently, running. Staying active helps keep me grounded and gives me a personal appreciation for the importance of movement and wellness—something I bring into my approach with every client.
