About Maria
Hi, my name is Maria! I'm in my second year of the dual diploma in Phytotherapy and Holistic Nutrition, and I am thrilled to be of service to you in clinic.
I'm drawn to women's health, hormonal health, gut and digestive health, metabolic health, skin health, immune health, and detoxification, and I have a big passion for sports nutrition and what it actually means to fuel a woman's body well. I'm also really fascinated by Ayurvedic nutrition and the wisdom of understanding food and the body through that lens. I'm still growing every semester and I think that keeps me genuinely curious about every person I work with.
Outside of school I'm a solo mum to my 8-year-old, and we share our home with two cats named Marigold and Magnolia. You'll find me painting, cooking, singing, playing piano, strength training, reading, hiking, or thrift shopping whenever I get the chance.
