Mardy grew up in a sport centered family focused around Ringette
and Hockey. Starting at age 4, Ringette and athletics became an avenue of passion, hard work, teamwork, adversity and friendship. She knew she wanted to work with the human body and help people. She completed her Bachelors of Science, Major in Kinesiology
from Simon Fraser University in 2021 and recently graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2025. Her experience in sport, athletics and academics has led her passion to help people with their own bodies through the modality of massage therapy.
Her goal is to create a space for people to present as they are, and collaborate with her patients to assist them reaching their treatment goals.
