Manisha graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
and Masters in Physical therapy. Manisha specializes in both orthopedics and pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Manisha discovered her passion for pelvic health during her masters which led her to
specialize in pelvic physiotherapy and women’s health. Her training has
focused on pelvic pain conditions, chronic pain, and c-section rehabilitation.
Manisha provides a tailored treatment using a holistic and evidence-based approach.
She incorporates a range of evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy,
exercise, and education to help her clients achieve their goals. Her goal is to empower
and educate clients to take control of their health and meet their goals.
When she’s not in the clinic, Manisha enjoys working out, going on walks with her dog
Sirius, baking and travelling.
