Originally from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Maddie completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Certificate in Disability Management
at Dalhousie University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Psychology from Dalhousie University. She has also certified in
FCE assessments.
Maddie is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, confidence, and participation in the activities that are meaningful
to them. She has a particular interest in mental health and takes a person-centred, collaborative approach to occupational therapy. Maddie recognizes that
every individual’s circumstances, strengths, challenges, and goals are unique, and she works alongside clients to develop practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable progress.
She enjoys the diversity of Occupational Therapy and the opportunity to work with individuals across a variety of circumstances—including recovering from
injury, adapting to changes in health or function, navigating life transitions, and returning to meaningful roles and occupations.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys trying new recipes, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends
