Introducing our newest instructor Macyn!
Falling in love with Pilates the moment she tried it, Macyn has spent the past four years devoted to the practice as a student. With a background in competitive dance, she quickly recognized the natural overlap between dance training and Pilates, which helped shape her into a mindful, intuitive mover with a deep appreciation for technique. Over the years, she has taken reformer classes both here in Victoria and while travelling, gaining a wide range of experience that has enriched her personal practice and strengthened her connection to the method.
Earlier this year, Macyn decided to take her passion further by beginning her Pilates teacher training, and just a few months into teaching reformer, she’s still completely obsessed. She loves guiding clients through their sessions and helping them find strength, confidence, and ease in their bodies. Dedicated to continual growth, she is currently continuing her education with STOTT Pilates to refine her craft and expand her knowledge. Her goal is to share the joy, challenge, and empowerment that Pilates has brought into her life—one class at a time.
