Lynne aims to inspire, encourage and promote health and fitness in her community. She regards the body as an amazing, resilient machine, and she gets great satisfaction helping her clients realize this as she guides them through their wellness journey.
Lynne's professional interests include recovery from mountain sport injuries, arthritis management, post -operative care & vestibular rehab. She has extensive experience with post op rehab, especially ACL and other knee surgeries. Check out her YouTube videos “Knees4Skis” for knee injury management and prevention.
Her Physio style is exercise based, and includes education, hands-on techniques, acupuncture, IMS needling, etc. She highly encourages her clients to be active outside, for long term health and happiness.
Lynne enjoys working with weekend warriors and elite athletes. She has been a part of the medical team for the Canadian Alpine Ski Team, Canadian Ski Cross team, Alpine World Championships, 2018 Alpine Ski Canada Winter Games, and the 2020 World Winter Transplant Games.
Lynne was a World Cup alpine ski racer, competitive gymnast, Alberta ski team member, University of Alaska NCAA ski team member, and avid soccer player. She was inducted into the Alberta Alpine Ski Racing Hall of Fame for her commitment to the sport. Lynne combines her extensive skills as a Physiotherapist with her experience as an athlete to help patients keep moving, get strong, and stay fit.
Lynne & her husband Grant owned and operated Rocky Mountain Rehab & Sports Medicine Clinic in Canmore for 22 years. In December 2023, their business merged with One Wellness, where Lynne continues to practice as a Physiotherapist.
