Lucia graduated from Fleming College’s Massage Therapy program in 2022 and began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. She has since brought her experience to Charlottetown, with an approach to treatment centred around individualized, goal-focused care.
Lucia incorporates Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and hydrotherapy into her treatments and has additional training in TMJ massage. She recognizes that every client has different needs, lifestyles and physical demands in their day-to-day life, and tailors each treatment plan accordingly.
Her experience extends beyond massage therapy. While working in heritage restoration and construction, Lucia gained firsthand insight into the physical demands of repetitive and labour-intensive work. This experience has further influenced her understanding of how occupation and everyday activities can contribute to pain, tension and movement restrictions.
Lucia’s passion lies in helping people feel and move better so they can get back to doing the things they love.
Fluent in both English and German, Lucia is happy to provide treatment in either language.
