After spending more than a decade working in Toronto's production and live event industries, I decided to pursue a career that allowed me to make a more direct and meaningful impact on people's well-being. Long hours, physically demanding work, and high-pressure environments gave me firsthand experience with the effects that stress and repetitive strain can have on the body. Working alongside people with demanding schedules also gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of taking time to recover, recharge, and prioritize self-care.
I understand that no two bodies are the same, which is why I take the time to listen to your concerns and adapt each session accordingly. I believe that effective treatment begins with open communication and continues through a thoughtful, individualized approach that respects your comfort level and preferences.
I enjoy creating treatments that draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to best support each client's individual goals and treatment needs. My approach combines Traditional Swedish Massage with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Myofascial Cupping, Zen Shiatsu, and Reflexology, allowing me to tailor every session based on your body's needs.
