Lori is a Registered Massage Therapist of 16 years, helping clients with injuries, tension, trigger points and healing relaxation as she incorporates energy work(Reiki) into her treatments. She works along using light to moderate pressure depending on the need requested. She is an active person who has a sports background since the age of 8 and is in the gym to keep herself up to par. She was also a personal trainer, which helps when it comes to these injuries and works using techniques used for the type of injury in its stage. With her active background, her work with energy and massage skills she loves to help clients with the goals of coming out feeling positive, relaxed and feeling improvement on the area needed. She is very empathetic, caring and a great listener on hearing and helping each client with their needs.
