After leaving her first career as a flight attendant, Lisa decided to hang up her wings and follow her passion in health and wellness. She worked as a chiropractic assistant as well as part time in a health food store where she gained knowledge in anatomy and physiology and holistic nutrition. She decided to pursue a new career and attended Trillium college where she graduated with honours in Massage Therapy. Lisa is also certified in Thai, Advanced and Prenatal Thai Massage as well as Acupuncture. She teaches Hatha and Yin yoga and is an aspirant for the deeper connections of body, mind and spirit. She incorporates proper alignment and breath to Swedish techniques in order to deepen the mind-body connection during treatment.
