Our practitioners are self-employed professionals who set aside time specifically for your care. When appointments are missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time is often impossible to fill, resulting in lost income that cannot be recovered. We know life happens so we offer a very generous 4 hr cancellation policy. Patients who provide less than 4hr notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. **Please double check your location when booking! A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

“I didn’t leave a review right after my experience last year because I wasn’t sure if this was a me issue or a them issue. Having now had multiple other needle treatments, I’ve found my answer. When I went to this location for an acupuncture treatment, I was left alone in the room. I was in an immense amount of pain as a result of my positioning and the needle placement. I called out for someone multiple times because I couldn’t move without hitting a needle on my back. The acupuncturist showed up at the end of the treatment when I asked her to quickly take the needles out. I’m very concerned that she didn’t come mid-treatment to check up on me. I was in an immense amount of pain and was just in a room yelling out for someone to assist. My current place will check on me every 15 minutes so I do think there has to be better policies in place. You can’t just leave a patient and go off into the abyss. Please update your policies.”Lire la suiteRéduire
