Lindsey has completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Registered Clinical Counsellor from the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. They incorporate elements from Compassion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment theory. They lean on Rewind Technique to treat trauma and phobias and are experienced with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems/parts work. Drawing from the latest thinking in neuroscience and psychology, Lindsey explores how each person’s history and biology have contributed to their current lived experiences. Lindsey takes an individualized approach to counselling to find ways to enhance mental wellness and work towards desired outcomes. The goal is to help reconnect individuals with their inner resources, strengths, and wisdom. Lindsey works with adults of all ages, from 18 to 80+, seeking to increase their well-being by working on either single topics or lifelong themes within their lives.
