I graduated with my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta after having obtained my Bachelors of Science with distinction. I’m passionate about making people feel their best! I utilize a patient-centred approach and individualized treatment plans to help you reach your goals! I use a combination of Manual Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling and most importantly Functional Exercises to get you back to what you love doing. I'm also a certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist as I am passionate about learning and delivering the best practices in women’s health.
Lifelong learning is very important to me and you will find me taking courses to learn something new or brush up on skills I’m already utilizing. I also offer Clinical Hypnosis and Mindfulness to help you better control your nervous system and mitigate any negative effects that may be brought on by prolonged exposure to your sympathetic nervous system. Meditation/Clinical Hypnosis is also a great way to help with stress management!
Recently, I’ve opened my own home-based clinic to offer one-on-one treatment in a comfortable and supportive space to better support your healing and goals.
