About Leanne
Leanne has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 2016 upon graduating with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University and an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Her interest in musculoskeletal injuries then led her to pursue a Masters in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne. Her education has led her to assess injury from a holistic perspective that centres around using a combination of hands-on manual and exercise therapy. She has a special interest in returning individuals from shoulder and ACL surgeries, as well as running injuries.
When she isn’t treating in the clinic, Leanne can be found sideline for the CSSHL and Field Hockey BC. Some of her career highlights include traveling to Colombia and Guatemala with the National Softball Team programs. She also enjoys rock climbing, reading and watching the NHL/PWHL in her free time.
