She always listens to my concerns and her techniques are just so spot on. she knows human anatomy well and I feel like she’s passionate about helping people. “I've had two sessions so far with Lauren and have had great experiences so far. She makes sure to ask about your specific needs, and always has such a gentle but friendly demeanor. I was having an issue with muscles in my right foot for the last 7 or so months, and in one session she cut the pain in half so I can walk normally again! She's also very realistic when explaining what she sees and how much she can help, or what kind of timelines to expect. And the heated table she uses is a huge plus, too, as is the music she plays. Looking forward to my next session!”

“Lauren has been my massage therapist since taking over the practice earlier this year. She is a wonderful provider who offers a variety of different massage techniques. As a distance runner / weight lifter with a chronic knee and back injury, Lauren has provided deep tissue and sports massage to aid in my recovery on a weekly basis. She is excellent at what she does and I have recommended her to many friends who have now become weekly clients. My only advice is to book early and in advance as her time slots often fill up quickly. Thanks for the great care Lauren! See you soon!”
