“Lauren is so good at what she does. I’ve tried many massage therapists in the city and she’s the best. She always listens to my concerns and her techniques are just so spot on. she knows human anatomy well and I feel like she’s passionate about helping people. She works really hard to help me with my aches and pains and always give me useful knowledge to take care of myself. Her presence is calming, her office is very relaxing, and she plays really nice soothing music. Highly recommend Lauren👍🏼”

“I've had two sessions so far with Lauren and have had great experiences so far. She makes sure to ask about your specific needs, and always has such a gentle but friendly demeanor. I was having an issue with muscles in my right foot for the last 7 or so months, and in one session she cut the pain in half so I can walk normally again! She's also very realistic when explaining what she sees and how much she can help, or what kind of timelines to expect. And the heated table she uses is a huge plus, too, as is the music she plays. Looking forward to my next session!”
