She provides counselling to teens and adults presenting with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, complex mental health, and addictions.
###Training & Experience:
Lauren completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling at Niagara University. She previously completed her bachelor degree in Psychology at Brock University. Her previous internship training was completed at Brookside Psychologists, CBT Niagara, and at Pathstone Mental Health, where she co-facilitated group and individual psychotherapy for clients ranging from 7 to 17 years old presenting with a range of mental health conditions. Her primary therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) skills training, and solution-focused therapy.

* Lauren is a registered psychotherapist licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is in good standings as a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
