Lana has been practicing massage therapy since 2003 after graduating from the 3000 hour program at OVCMT in Vernon, BC.
She strives to provide a welcoming, safe, therapeutic, and trusting environment where the client can find ease and begin their journey of release, relaxation and healing.
Lana has continued her studies in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, breathing techniques, osteopathic techniques, and yoga for remedial exercise.
She works with her clients to create individual and goal focused treatments, educating clients in selfcare to better facilitate their journey to wellness and a better quality of living.
This length of treatment is suggested for paediatric massage or when treating one specific area as a follow-up.
Treatment will include interview, assessment, treatment, and self-care coaching.
