Hi, I’m Krysten! I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where I developed a systemic approach to supporting the body’s natural balance - restoring function, calming the nervous system, and encouraging long-term wellness.
My own journey through injury and recovery sparked a deep interest in how the body responds on a neuro physical level. This experience has shaped my unique treatment style, where I like to integrate movement with hands-on techniques that engage the body’s interconnected structures: fascia, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments to restore mobility, release tension, and help the body return to its natural state of balance.
