Kristin is constantly inspired by what the body is capable of and believes in the power of massage as preventative medicine. Her enthusiasm for the power of the human body has been reinvigorated through watching her son grow and discover the possibilities of movement.
Kristin delivers dynamic treatments that are holistic in approach and encourages the client to reconnect with their body and release unconscious holding patterns through relaxing the nervous system.
Kristin has experience with over-use syndromes, headaches, tendinitis, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel and postural discomforts as well as pre/postnatal massage, infant massage and TMJ dysfunction.
With an intuitive touch Kristin uses a combination of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, cupping and aromatherapy to help reduce discomfort and improve function.
Kristin graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
When not working Kristin can be found running after her kids, strolling through farmer’s markets and dreaming of new travel destinations.
