Kristen is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
She takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy and specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, and more.
If you have been suffering in silence, it may be time to heal out loud. You may find yourself replaying conversations long after they happen, overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or feeling like you are “too much” or “not enough” at the same time. You might notice how deeply you feel things, even when others seem to move on more easily. I work with individuals who have been deeply affected by rejection, loneliness, and emotional overwhelm.
Many of my clients have spent a long time trying to understand why relationships feel so difficult or why they experience emotions so intensely. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, attachment trauma, rejection sensitivity, stress, shame, loneliness, and forms of grief that are often overlooked. This may include the loss of hope, opportunities, identity, or imagined futures that now feel out of reach. These forms of grief can be deeply personal, lonely, and confusing, and may not always be acknowledged or understood by others.
These experiences often shape how we relate to ourselves and those around us. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy with me is a collaborative process grounded in curiousity, compassion, and respect. My practice is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodivergence-affirming.
