Originally from Stephenville, Newfoundland, Krista graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2003.She has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including sports, MVA, and workplace injuries. Krista has completed post-graduate courses in orthopedic manual and manipulative therapy (Level 3), acupuncture, biomedical dry needling, and running injuries. Krista is Röst Therapy certified and has completed multiple courses in women’s health.
