About Kingsley
Hi, I'm Kingsley, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist & Counselling Therapist that works with individuals and couples who feel stuck and need more in life.
I get it, sometimes things don’t work but yours has gone a little longer than usual. Perhaps you're grappling with sexual pain, trauma, shame coupled with performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, low sexual desire and mismatched sexual desires with your partner. And sometimes, it just seems like your partner doesn’t quite grasp how sexually disconnected you are and how deep your loneliness runs or how raw your pain feels.
Maybe it’s co-parenting, the same old argument loop and communication and/or betrayal (infidelity) in your relationship - the pain has been following you for some time now, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself, and your partner and maybe even contemplating separation. Or no relationship seems to work for you, and you wonder what am l doing wrong? Am I not enough?
And let's not forget that your mental health worsens from attachment issues, relationships, childhood experiences and trauma. Living life fully has been hard; it now all feels like a stage act.
