Kimberly an honours graduate from the International Academy of Applied Health. Her prior educational background and experience include early childhood education and holistic nutrition. Kimberly’s passion for health and wellness has led her into the field of massage therapy. She values an integrative, holistic approach which will help her use a blend of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to support the body's natural healing process. Kimberly’s ability to pay attention to detail will help her create a welcoming environment for each individual and their unique therapeutic needs.
Kimberly has a particular interest in muscle energy technique, and fascial stretch therapy.
Outside of work Kimberly enjoys spending time in the forest and in nature with her dog, hiking, kayaking and reading. She also enjoy staying active with running, strength training and yoga.
