Hi, my name is Kimberley, and I believe that healing happens best when you feel truly seen and understood. I work with individuals of all ages – from little ones to adults, parents, couples, and families – and I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating the complexities of difficult childhood experiences and complex trauma. I know firsthand that life can throw some really tough things our way, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way forward. For adults and families, my approach is always rooted in Trauma-Informed Care, meaning your safety and well-being are my top priorities. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle yet powerful way to process trauma. When I work with kids and teens, I love getting creative! You might find us playing a board game, drawing, or even taking a walk – whatever helps them feel comfortable opening up and making sense of their feelings. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), a Counselling Therapist (CCTA),and I'm also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT & RMFT), holding credentials in both Canada and the US. I also have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training In the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my therapy work. But beyond the letters, what matters most to me is creating a safe and compassionate space for you to explore whatever challenges you're facing.
