Kevin is a graduate from Langara College's Registered Massage Therapy program, focusing in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point release. With an emphasis on sports-related injuries, stress relief, and improving posture for individuals, Kevin helps clients achieve peak physical performance and relaxation.
Kevin's integrative approach to massage therapy addresses not only immediate concerns but also long-term health goals. For individuals who experience discomfort from the demands of their physically and mentally taxing work, Kevin offers techniques to alleviate pain, improve posture, and prevent musculoskeletal issues.
Outside of his practice, Kevin leads an active lifestyle, engaging in powerlifting, bouldering, boxing, and running. His firsthand experience informs his approach to massage therapy, ensuring personalized care for each client's needs.
