After living in North Vancouver for many years, Kay is making her transition to living permanently in the Quesnel area. She graduated from Vancouver Collage of Massage Therapy in 2018 and has worked in North Vancouver ever since. Her practice focuses on a full body, patient centred approach with techniques including myofacial release, joint mobilization and trigger point work.
She aims to hold space for relaxation and healing in an inclusive and understanding environment, tailoring her treatment to the individual needs of her patients.
