About Karla
Originally from Mexico City, Karla offers one-on-one consultations in both Spanish and English. Her wellness journey began at the age of twelve when she started practicing yoga, a transformative practice that ignited a lifelong passion for self-healing and natural medicine. In 2015, Karla became a certified Health Coach, practicing for several years before deciding to deepen her knowledge of holistic health. She went on to complete a three-year diploma in Holistic Nutrition at Pacific Rim College and has been practicing as a Holistic Nutritionist since 2020 across Mexico and Canada. Most recently, in 2026, she graduated from the three-year Herbal Medicine program at Pacific Rim College. With over eight years of experience as a health practitioner, Karla runs a general practice where she has had the privilege of supporting patients navigating cancer treatments, men's health, autoimmune diseases, and hormonal disorders. Her approach is compassionate and integrative, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve balance and vitality by creating spaces for deep healing and self-discovery through both movement and holistic practices.
