My background in developmental psychology helps us to look at the bigger picture: how your mind, body, and environment all shape who you are and how you feel. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and that you bring the fullness of who you are - your identities, cultures, and experiences - into our work together. Together, we can explore ways to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in alignment with the life you want to live and your version of wellness. My education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph, Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. My approach integrates several therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and others tailored to your needs.
