About Kari

Kari Simpson is a Reiki Master with over five years of experience helping clients find balance, ease, and deeper connection through energy healing. Her path as a healer began in her late teens while working in social services and the criminal justice field, where she supported individuals facing addictions and complex mental and physical health challenges. Her work has always been rooted in compassion, care, and a commitment to supporting those who need it most. Kari’s personal Reiki journey started after the unexpected passing of her mother, when she turned to the practice to navigate her own healing. Experiencing the profound benefits firsthand inspired her to share this work with others. She feels truly honoured to hold space for clients and loves witnessing the sense of peace and grounding they experience after each session. Outside the treatment space, Kari leads as the CEO of a community support agency and enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, photographing sunsets, and meditating.
