As of July 15, 2026, counselling session fees will increase from $72.50 to $145 per session. This adjustment reflects my transition to full-time private practice and aligns my rates with current clinic and industry standards. Children's Therapist: ages 4-18 Kaleigh utilizes a collaborative, strength-based and holistic approach with her clients, focusing on the whole person and the relationship between mind, body and spirit. She strongly believes in meeting clients exactly where they are and tailoring support to the client’s unique needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. While pursuing her undergraduate studies through Thompson Rivers University, she completed a Diploma of Applied Psychology and Counselling and two specialization certificates in Addiction Counselling and Youth and Family Counselling. She also has additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Motivational Interviewing. Based on personal life experiences, Kaleigh is passionate about providing grief, eating disorders, and disordered eating support. Kaleigh is a registered member in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).
