I’m a naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus on musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, and regenerative injection therapies, while also providing naturopathic care for a wide range of general health concerns.
My approach is centered around understanding what’s actually driving symptoms before deciding on treatment. Pain is often more complex than a single injured structure, and I take time to assess how joints, nerves, muscles, connective tissues, and movement patterns may all be contributing.
I work with a variety of concerns including persistent joint and muscle pain, tendon and ligament injuries, nerve-related pain, overuse injuries, and movement dysfunction. Alongside my focus on pain and injury care, I also support patients with broader health concerns using an integrative naturopathic approach.
Treatment plans are individualized and may include rehabilitation strategies, acupuncture, perineural injection therapy (PIT), prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and ultrasound-guided procedures when appropriate.
I believe in taking a thoughtful and practical approach to care — not jumping to aggressive treatments unnecessarily, but also not leaving patients stuck in ongoing pain when more targeted options may help move recovery forward.
My goal is to help people return to a greater state of health so they can fully enjoy life on Vancouver Island — whether that means getting back to hiking, working, parenting, training, or simply moving through daily life with less pain and more confidence.
Outside of practice, I’m a mom of three and spend much of my time enjoying island life with my family.
