About Kae
Kae is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a diverse clinical
background, including the People With AIDS Foundation (PWA), the Tzu Chi TCM Clinic,
and community programs at Michael Garron Hospital.
She earned her Honours Advanced
Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Humber Polytechnic and holds a degree in Sport
and Health Science from Ritsumeikan University in Japan.
Growing up in Japan, I was shaped by a lifestyle where holistic health was the foundation of
daily life. My previous career as a fitness instructor taught me that true wellbeing comes from
a sustainable balance of movement, nutrition, and daily habits. Since moving to Canada, I
have dedicated my practice to helping people navigate their health concerns by focusing on
the person as a whole and restoring that natural internal harmony.
Today, I focus my practice on reproductive health and hormonal vitality. I am dedicated to
helping patients manage cycle irregularities and reproductive wellness through an integrative
lens that honors both ancient wisdom and modern science.
I believe that the best results come when you feel at the center of your health journey. I
value a transparent and honest clinical relationship where education is a priority, ensuring
you feel clear and informed about every step of your care. Together, we work toward
restoring balance, equipping you with the knowledge to stay healthy and confident long-term.
