If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues (family, romantic or otherwise), low-self esteem, big life transitions, or if you’ve recently left an abusive relationship, I’m here to offer you support. As a therapist, I work to offer a calm, supportive and open atmosphere for you to feel safe to share your story.
