“I went into Justin in hopes that he would be able to decrease my discomfort and increase my range of motion because I am a fitness instructor. What I got was clarity into my situation. In one visit he knew what was going on with my body and after my session he emailed me some exercises to get started on my recovery. My knee is no longer throbbing, and I recognize that recovery is attainable. He has a great post follow up too asking questions like, 'are you experiencing pain doing the exercises', 'were you able to do all the reps' , etc. He keeps aware of your condition and your progress. Very satisfied. He exceeded expectations.”

“I have had rapid release treatments with Justin many times over the past couple years. They were for various areas; feet, back, hips and shoulders. My experience was painful but so rewarding in the fact they eased all my ailments. Very impressed! Today was my first appointment with Rebecca, who is also a Massage Therapist. I had a traditional therapeutic massage. Rebecca was wonderful. Very thorough with her questions on my concerns as well as providing treatment to the areas I had discomfort.
