About Julia

Julia León is a licensed Acupuncturist dedicated to supporting people find balance and healing through any stage of life.She graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver, BC. Julia combines evidence-informed care with a compassionate, holistic approach to healing. Her passion for acupuncture stems from her own personal journey with reproductive health challenges. Julia has advanced training in fertility and reproductive care, with a focus on conditions such as pregnancy support, period health, endometriosis, PMOS, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. Known for her gentle presence and thoughtful care, she has supported many individuals and families on their fertility journeys through the integrative Acubalance approach, helping patients feel informed, empowered, and cared for along the way. Julia is also trained in the NADA protocol for mental health and substance misuse and has worked in community clinics throughout Vancouver, offering accessible acupuncture care in supportive group settings. Originally from Chile, Julia has lived, studied, and worked in several countries before settling in Vancouver with her family. Her diverse background — including interests in contemporary dance, yoga, macrobiotics, and early childhood education — deeply influences her grounded and compassionate approach to wellness. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Julia is currently preparing for the ABORM examination in 2027 and will soon expand her offerings to include facial acupuncture and microneedling.
