About Julia

Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. At the heart of Julia’s work is the therapeutic relationship. From the very beginning, she prioritizes trust and connection so clients can feel comfortable and safe being authentically themselves. Guided by the belief that each flower blooms in its own time, Julia aims to be a supportive foundation that allows growth to unfold naturally. An integrative and collaborative approach guides the therapeutic process, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. Her work is shaped around each client’s unique lived experiences, values, and strengths, blending practical coping tools with space for reflection and self-understanding. Creativity may be woven into sessions when it feels helpful, offering a powerful way to explore inner experiences beyond words. Julia supports individuals of all ages navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, identity concerns, and life transitions. Whether you are looking to reconnect with yourself, begin shifting unhelpful patterns, or simply make sense of what you’re going through, Julia would be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.
