I like to believe that we are drawn towards what is meant for us and for me that was my love for mental health and anything psychology related. Since I was young, I became a part of the mental health community, advocating and educating myself and others all while experiencing my own hardships and therapy which fueled my desire to help others in any way I could. My background in Forensic Psychology and Counselling Psychology has only added to that innate nature of wanting to support others by creating a safe environment to explore emotions and vulnerabilities during various obstacles in life. Overtime, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of individuals including teens and couples. I pride my approach on warmth and empathy while offering a welcoming environment where you can feel heard, supported and reminded that no one is ever alone. When worry, anxiety and stress take over it feels like we become stuck in time and drained and that’s where I strive to explore your strengths, fears and stressors to help you regain that sense of control and empowerment.
